***Update**** Our department was able to talk with the male subject who conversed with the two juveniles. The Derry Township Police Department wants to remind residents to stay vigilant and keep your vehicles locked during the overnight hours and do not leave any valuables in plain view. Our department will NOT have access to your system, but it will let us know if there are active video surveillance systems in the area where a crime is committed. All residents are encouraged to register your exterior video surveillance systems with DTPD on our Crimewatch site at. The Derry Township Police Department asks any residents with surveillance cameras in the area of the thefts, to check for any suspicious activity or persons on their property and report it to DTPD. The vehicle stolen is a 2017 gray Toyota RAV4, Pennsylvania registration plate LLH4974. It is believed the actor(s) fled east on McCorkel Rd to SR743. The actor(s) entered unlocked vehicles and stole items to include wallets, money, credit cards, and other miscellaneous items. Marshall's Fugitive Task Force on at about 11:45am.On during the early morning hours, numerous vehicles were entered, and one vehicle was stolen in the Jacobs Creek Development in Derry Township. It was reported that two families were displaced from their apartments due to the structural damage sustained with Laboy crashed his vehicle into the building. One person did complain of a minor injury from the vehicles colliding with each other and was treated on scene by EMS. No shots were fired in the incident and most all of the persons involved were familiar with each other. There was a short argument and then Laboy retrieved a second handgun from his vehicle and fled the scene on foot. Laboy exited his vehicle, brandished a handgun, pointing it at another person associated with the original victim. Laboy's vehicle then crashed into the Caledonia apartment building and became disabled. Laboy purposely rammed the other vehicle with his own, multiple times, in the parking lot, causing the other vehicle to crash and become disabled. The other person attempted to leave by driving away in their car and Laboy chased after in his own vehicle. had gotten into an argument with another person in the parking lot of the apartment building. Upon arrival of police and initial investigation, it was learned that Andrez Q. On at about 8:40pm, Derry Township Police Officers were dispatched to the area of the Caledonia Building, inside of Gate 4, Briarcrest Garden Apartments, for a report of a motor vehicle crash and possible shots fired.
